Good and Bad Luminaires
Good luminaires (above) are those that point the lightening flux to the ground.
Bad luminaires (below) point the light flux to anywhere, wasting electric energy to the sky (at the expenses of the citizen), where illumination is not needed. More, a light flux directed to the eyes reduce the night vision.
